Brief Introduction of Myself

• Started my PC Life in real earnest when IBM PC AT was introduced in the market. The related software I used with the PC was Lotus 1-2-3 ver 1.01A and DisplayWrite. Before long, I had been making programs with BASIC language in oder to manage my personal stock investment as my pleasure.
  
  
• I was employed by a French investment bank after the graduation from the university. Then I have worked at Australian, UK and US banks.

• I had been an active member of NIFTY-Serve which was the biggest commercial PC communication network (biggest internet service provider now) in Japan. I had got an active in the real time conference (chat room) of the "International Forum" but regrettably the forum was closed. Then I had concentrated in "Professional Financial Forum". The registered pen name is "Hayato ARABAKI" on the net. Gathering unique members in Japanese financial industry through these activities, I have opened my own small forum called "Arabaki Patio" (This was closed on March 2002) . Additionally, I was responsible for management as a sub-system operator in "Gourmet & Restaurant Forum" which was opened on 22nd February, 1997.

• I was invited to joined as a panelist of "The 1st EU-Japan Mobile Conference" held by "EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation". I have made comments on the current and the future IT/Mobile business in Japan at the conference.
  
  
• We started a "promotion services on internet" relating to a gourmet business at Yamauchi Planning Office in 2001. We were nominated as the "advisor and promoter on the net" of the Japanese restaurants authorised by Chateau Le Pin which is one of the biggest three winery chateaus in France. We were also nominated as the advisor and the promoter of a restaurant on the net by GODAK which is one of the biggest trading company importing high-grade foodstuffs in Japan. Additionally we are promoting restaurants and bars mainly in Ginza and Nishi-Azabu areas of Tokyo.
  

• My wife and I love to travel overseas away from Japan twice or more a year taking annual leave for weeks each. Utilising our base in UK, we enjoy visiting France and Italy. Australia is also our favourite country, but I can say the recent interest is indded in Hawaii. We do love to stay at Halekulani !
